Mom Strong is a strength-focused workout for moms, where you can move your body while your kids play nearby. Classes emphasize functional, full-body strength to support the physical demands of motherhood. Participants must be at least 4 months postpartum, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Led by a Women’s Health Physical Therapist, each class prioritizes safe movement, proper form, and core and pelvic floor health—leaving you feeling stronger, confident, and supported.
First Monday of the Month 12:00-1:30pm
Led by Peaks Lactation, this mom meet-up is a relaxed time to come as you are and connect with other moms in the thick of motherhood. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, or just figuring things out, Karly Penton RNC, IBCLC is available to answer breastfeeding questions and offer support.
No pressure—just community, conversation, and encouragement.

This class, led by Women’s Health Physical Therapist Katelyn Constantino, focuses on pelvic floor anatomy, bladder/bowel/sexual health, and gentle movement to help you reconnect with and strengthen your core.
